Dalla scogliera inizia una lunga spiaggia,( una delle più belle e suggestive della costa Grossetana) che arriva fino a Castiglione dela pescaia. Castiglione della Pescaia si trova a 5 km ed è raggiungibile anche tramite pista ciclabile. Fra l’azzurro del mare e il verde delle colline è raccolto Castiglione della Pescaia, bellissimo borgo marinaro che domina dall’alto con il suo antico borgo medievale chiuso da cinta muraria, torri,portali e il castello del XV sec. Sede di porto turistico che offre escursioni per le isole dell’arcipelago toscano. Si possono effettuare escursioni nei vicini parchi naturali: Il Parco Regionale della Maremma ( o dell’uccellina), e la riserva naturale della Diaccia Botrona considerata la più significativa area umida d’Italia. Le antiche città etrusche: Vetulonia e Roselle con siti archeologici e relativi musei. Produciamo frutta, verdura, olio e vino. Intorno al nostro podere c’è un ettaro di terreno recintato ad uso esclusivo dei nostri clienti con forno a legna,barbecue, posti auto. Ogni appartamento ha il proprio spazio esterno, con giardino, gazebo, tavoli, sedie,sdrai e posto auto. Abbiamo tre tipologie di appartamento: 3 posti letto così composto: camera grande con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, cucina abitabile, bagno. 5 posti letto così composto: camera grande con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, ampia cucina con divano letto a due posti, bagno. 10 posti letto così composto: 2 camere grandi con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, 1 camera con letto matrimoniale, cucina soggiorno con divano letto a due posti, bagno. I prezzi settimanale vanno da 250 euro a 1500 euro, il giornaliero da 40 euro a 120 euro, secondo la tipologia dell'appartamento e la stagione. E’possibile noleggiare biciclette. Biancheria ( lenzuoli e asciugamani ) solo su richiesta con un supplemento di 30 euro a camera. Nel prezzo dell'appartamento sono compresi consumi acqua luce e gas. Pulizie finali 50 euro ad appartamento. ENG The farm Podere Il Pino is situated in the small village Pian di Rocca, only 900 m away from the Rocchette Beach. On a rocky promontory right above the crystal clear sea lies the Rocchette Castle. Beneath this cliff one of the most beautiful and unspoilt sandy bays of the Tuscan coastline around Grosseto stretches out all the way to Castiglione della Pescaia. This former fishing village and famous holiday resort is 5 km away and can be reached by bus or also by bike on a bicycle path along the main road. The historical centre of this charming town lies high on a hill between the deep blue sea and the surrounding green countryside and is dominated by its medieval town walls, towers and porticoes and an ancient castle that dates back to the 15th century.From its tourist harbour you can go on daily cruises to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Also worth a daytrip are the nearby Nature Reserves: Maremma’s regional park (also called Parco dell’Uccellina) and the Nature Reserve Diaccia Bortrona, one of Italy’s most important marshlands. Furthermore you can visit the ancient Etruscan remains in Vetulonia and Roselle with their archaeological sites and museums. The farm: The farm Il Pino is surrounded by olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants and it’s an ideal place for those who wish to enjoy a holiday near the sea but in a peaceful environment. We grow vegetables and fruit on our farm and we produce olive oil and wine. Our one-hectare-sized property is entirely fenced and provides our guests with a wood oven, a barbecue and several parking spaces. Each apartment has its private area in the garden equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs and deckchairs. Our farm has 3 apartments of various sizes: Apartment 1 (sleeps 3): large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, spacious kitchen, bathroom. Apartment 2 (sleeps 5): large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, spacious kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom. Apartment (sleeps 8+2): 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom. TED Das Landgut Podere Il Pino befindet sich in der kleinen Ortschaft Pian di Rocca, nur 900 m vom Strand ’Rocchette’ entfernt. Auf einem Felsvorsprung direkt über dem klaren Meer liegt die alte Burg ’Castello delle Rocchette’. Von dieser Klippe aus beginnt einer der schönsten und unberührtesten Sandstrände dieses Küstenabschnitts von Grossetto, der bis nach Castiglione della Pescaia reicht. Dieser Ort ist 5 km entfernt und per Bus oder über einen Fahrradweg entlang der Landstraβe zu erreichen. Zwischen dem azurblauen Meer und grünen Hügeln liegt dieser Fischerort, dessen Zentrum von der mittelalterlichen Altstadt mit ihrer Stadtmauer, ihren Türmen und Portalen und der Burg aus dem 15. Jahrhundert hoch oben auf dem Hügel dominiert wird. Vom Yachthafen aus kann man Tagesausflüge zu den Inseln des gesamten toskanischen Archipels machen. Zu weiteren Ausflügen laden die nahe gelegenen Naturparks ein: der Regionalpark der Maremma (auch Parco dell’Uccellina genannt) und das Naturschutzgebiet Diaccia Bortrona, eines der bedeutendsten Sumpfgebiete Italiens. Das Landgut: Das Gut Podere Il Pino ist von Olivenhainen und typischen, südländischen Pflanzen umgeben, ein idealer Ort für alle, die einen Urlaub in der Nähe des Meeres in absoluter Ruhe genieβen wollen. Wir bauen Obst und Gemüse an und produzieren Olivenöl und Wein. Unser Gut ist von einem 1 Hektar groβen, umzäunten Grundstück umgeben, das ausschlieβlich unseren Gästen zur Verfügung steht und mit Holzbackofen, Grill und Autostellplätzen ausgestattet ist. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Auβenbereich im Garten mit Pavillon, Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen.
