La dimora, ubicata nel centro storico della borgata marinara di Sferracavallo, parte integrante della Città di Palermo, si affaccia su un piacevole giardino interno.
Ci si trova a soli 100 metri dal mare e si giunge alla suggestiva e preziosa Riserva Naturale Orientata di Capo Gallo in pochi minuti a piedi.
Le stanze sono dotate di toilette privata con box doccia o con vasca, dispongono di ampi armadi, frigobar, cassaforte, climatizzatore, Tv Lcd, internet con accesso dal proprio notebook e dotazioni complete. Una stanza dispone di un pianoforte, che ai nostri ospiti musicisti sarà permesso suonare. La colazione, disponibile al piano terra, verrà consumata in giardino nel periodo estivo, e nella stanza da pranzo nel periodo invernale.

Happy to open our house to our Guests offering a bed and a homemade breakfast, you can start your day in the garden during the sunny days or in the dining room when it’s a little bit cloudy.
Every room is very bright, and has its own private bathroom with shower or bath, spacious wardrobe, fridge-bar, safe, air conditioning and heat pump, LCD TV, Internet connection; one of the rooms has a piano, that our musician guests are welcome to play it.
Our Guesthouse is very close to Palermo centre (10 km), in fact f you want, you can arrive by bike to Palermo Centre.
Bus stop is easily reached in less than a 5 minute walk.
We are 100 metres from the beach, and we know that’s the ideal place to go and see the most important sights sites in Sicily as well: Monreale and its fantastic gold mosaics, Agrigento and its temples, Trapani and many others. If you take the time to have a holiday here and share this little piece of heaven with us, you won’t forget this holiday!
