). Si tratta di un appartamento in villa bifamiliare di mq 65 circa. La villa è su due livelli e l'appartamento in oggetto si trova al piano terra.
L'appartamento dispone di due camere matrimoniali, dotate di ventilatore al tetto, di un bagno spazioso con doccia e con lavabiancheria; inoltre c'è un ampio soggiorno con due poltrone letto, che danno la possibilità di ospitare altre due persone, tavolo rotondo con sedie, ventilatore al tetto, televisore.
Una porta scorrevole lo separa dalla cucina che è dotata di 5 fornelli a gas, forno a gas, frigorifero con frezeer ed è completamente attrezzata per quanto riguarda le stoviglie, il pentolame e gli utensili da cucina.
Il mare è a circa 100 metri dalla casa: si tratta prevalentemente di scogliera, ma c’è anche la possibilità di scegliere delle belle spiaggette di minutissimi ciotoli e sabbia. E' l'ideale per chi vuole godersi un po' di relax, lontano dal traffico delle grandi città.
E' comunque preferibile avere con sè o affittare una macchina per potersi spostare a proprio piacimento senza essere legati agli orari dei mezzi pubblici o dei treni.
Sono esclusi dal prezzo la pulizia della casa a fine locazione o a richiesta anche settimanalmente al prezzo di € 40 a settimana.
Non effettuiamo servizio di prima colazione, tuttavia all’ arrivo troverete in omaggio un cesto di benvenuto contenente pan carrè, fette biscottate, brioches, biscotti, marmellata, burro, latte, caffè, the, zucchero, acqua minerale.

). It is an apartment in a double family house and it is about 65 square metres. The house is in two levels and the apartment I will rent is in the ground floor.
The apartment has 2 double beds rooms with a roof fan a bathroom with shower and washing machine; besides there is a large living room with 2 chairs-bed which gives the possibility to host other 2 persons a round table with chairs a roof fan and a TV set.
A flowing door separates it from the kitchen which has 5 gas stove a gas oven the pots and pans, a fridge with freezer and all the things useful in the kitchen itself.
The sea is only 100 metres far room the house; it is a rock place but you can choose even beautiful beaches with sand and little stones.
It is useful however to rent a car in order to have free time and free itineraries to improve during your trip without being linker to trains, buses or others means of transport.
The housekeeping is apart from the amount of money and it is € 40.00 per week.
We don’t offer breakfast but when you will arrive you will find a basket of welcome full of bread, pancakes, biscuits, honey, jam, sugar, coffee, the and some other things.
