Al primo piano le camere da letto ed il bagno principale con vasca e doccia. E’ dotato di impianto di riscaldamento autonomo. Nelle belle giornate potrete cucinare all'aperto, sul barbecue in giardino.
La casa è ideale per romantici week end e settimane durante tutto l'anno, oltre che per le vacanze estive. Il Parco Nazionale del Circeo è a 10 minuti e sono possibili deliziose gite nei paraggi a Sermoneta e Ninfa per le vestigia storiche o a Priverno per il museo della Matematica. Anche le bellissime isole Pontine (Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone, Ventotene) sono raggiungibili facilmente da quì.
Si affitta,nei mesi primaverili ed autunnali SETTIMANALMENTE. Nei mesi estivi l’affitto è preferibile mensile.

On the first floor bedrooms and main bathroom with tub and shower. E 'equipped with autonomous heating system. In good weather you can cook outdoors on the barbecue in the garden.
The house is ideal for romantic weekends and weeks throughout the year, as well as for summer holidays. The Parco Nazionale del Circeo is 10 minutes and can be delightful excursions to nearby Sermoneta Ninfa and the historical remains or Priverno for the museum of Mathematics. Even the beautiful Pontine Islands (Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone, Ventotene) can be reached easily from here.
Rents, in spring and autumn WEEKLY. During the summer months the monthly rent is preferable.
