Tutti gli alloggi hanno una suggestiva vista sul mare e sul giardino con piscina; gli animali sono ben accetti. La villa offre vacanze di puro relax e silenzio, mettendo a disposizione degli ospiti aree comuni: sala tv, biliardo, ping pong, area barbecue, canoe. Il mare si trova a pochi metri, calette suggestive e circondate dal verde. Intorno campagna e verde, a 5 minuti di auto le spiagge bianche di Capo Vaticano, a 20 minuti la bellissima Tropea, a 20 minuti l'aria fresca di Monte Poro. ENG Porticello is an old villa placed on the seashore (stone beach), in a wild country close to ’Capo Vaticano’, with a romantic view and in a very relaxing and peace atmosphere. The villa is built from a mill degrading to the sea, and it is divided into two-rooms and three-rooms apartments linked with stairs and large terraces, with a special natural design but without comfortable. All apartments have sea-view, a terrace or garden in the entrance, essential furniture in iron and painted glass, a small fridge, air fan in the bed-rooms. The villa is provided with swimming pool - surrounded by a garden with deck-chairs and sun beds - with canoes, a billiard, a ping-pong, a common barbecue, terraces, free canoes and direct sea access (not sandy beach, but stones or rocks; sandy beach is anyway not very far). It’s the right place for relaxing holidays for easy people. The villa is placed in a wild country you reach through a country road which ends in front of the villa; it is a country road quite steep at the end, but you leave the car in a parking on a plain, very close to the villa.
