Our edifice is formed by two flats just arranged, in the historical centre of e small village typical of the "Liguria" the bulkhead is formed by stones and the attics are wooden floors.
- The furnished flat nomed "The Vite" is formed by a living room (25 metres about) with kitchen, a shower- bath, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with two bads.
- The furnished flat nomed "The Olivo" is formed by a living room (28 metres about) with kitchen, a shower- bath, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a terrace (24 sq metres about) with a table, chairs and barbecue.

Die Wohnungen wurden soeben renoviert und befinden sich im historischen Zentrum eines typischen kleinen ligurischen Dorfes. Die Aussenmauern sind aus Stein und die Dachstühle aus Holzbalken.
