terrestre, frigorifero, ferro da stiro, Phon,
tovaglie bagno e lenzuola, stoviglie, consumi
inclusi. A 17 Km da Taormina, 29 Km da Messina, 62
Km da Catania, stazione ferroviaria a 300 mt, banca, supermercati e negozi raggiungibili a piedi, dista circa 80 mt dal mare, non occorre quindi utilizzare l’auto.
E’ previsto un’omaggio di benvenuto, dolci preparati artigianalmente.
Supplemento per pulizia finale prima della
partenza. Acconto/Caparra del 30 %, al momento
della prenotazione, saldo alla consegna delle
chiavi.
Cauzione di Euro. 200,00 (viene restituita a fine
locazione dopo una verifica dell'appartamento )
