- la prima comprende 5 posti letto;

- la seconda comprende 10 posti letto con la possibilità di averli tutti assieme, oppure divisibili da una porta comunicante in 5+5.



I prezzi di tutti e tre i mesi, giugno luglio e agosto sono: 4.200 € tutto compreso per ogni casa.



I costi dei mesi singoli sono: Agosto 1700 € - Luglio 1600 € - Giugno 1100 €.



Le due case si trovano sulla stessa strada, distanti da loro circa 100 mt. (potete scegliere Voi quello di cui avete bisogno). e precisamente si trovano a contatto con la spiaggia; la battigia dista circa 50 mt.



La distanza delle case al centro della città è di circa 800 mt. circa 2 minuti di macchina.
